Since 2014, Dr. Hamilton has worked to raise the consciousness of DC lawmakers, senior officials, and citizens to help unify as well as to help create an environmentally “healthy” DC, where all of its citizens have access to advanced healthier societal outcomes.

As the president of the Healthy DC and Me Leadership Coalition, and the Executive Director of the M.I. Mother’s Keeper mental health advocates, Dr. Hamilton works to lead the nation’s Capital towards being an example for setting higher national standards of care for all American citizens. “By prioritizing policies that ensure access to quality healthcare, education, and social services, we can all demonstrate our commitment to the well-being of the citizens that we serve and seek to positively impact across the nation.”
